A very large hand-ax of black flint turned golden brown and green by peat acids in the watertable. From the eponymous site of Abbeville, one of the first sites in the world identified as prehistoric. Ergonomic cortex grip, cortex grip, hardstone knapping, and wavy, still sharp edges.
