Nyamezi prestige throne, Tanzania, of hardwood, with faced raised upwards representing the cult of the ancestors. Fine features. Back adorned with geometric designs in triangular pattern. Old native repair with metal strip on seat. Small chip on one leg. Light brown patinated surface. Circa 1940’s or before.
