A fantastic predynastic Egyptian sun-baked mud vessel with twin lugs. In the form of a fish and incised with stylized human, fauna and vegetation, as well as linear and dotted decoration. Rejoined from original fragments; tail fins damaged. On a custom display tripod. Badarian culture, circa 4th to 3rd millennium B.C. Beautiful and rare.
