An Inuit walrus ivory hide creaser, converted from an earlier harpoon head in antiquity. Okvik/Old Bering Sea. On one end is artwork depicting a seal's head and the middle section appears to depict a duck's bill. The overall piece can be read as a whale. St. Lawrence Island. 100 BC-300 AD. Rare.
