A Dietz no. 3 improved black painted tin lamp. The cylindrical chimney with a pair of tubes continuing along exterior of back to the base. The sides with glass panes and the front with hinged door with glass pane. The chimney embossed "Dietz", "Tubular Square Lamp", "No 3", "Improved". Good condition, some rusting interior floor which does not penetrate to exterior.. American made circa 1850.
