A complete set of Tibetan brass pony bells. Beautifully cast with intricate detailing, and possessing an excellent tone. Each individual link in the chain would have required the craftsmanship of an expert metal smith. 22 bells in all. The bell, in its many forms, has held a central place in Tibetan culture, spiritual and secular. Circa late 19th to early 20th century. These carry the ring to our ears of the Himalayas. Exceptional and rare in this quality.
